Ivory Coast is supposed to have released this souvenir sheet in 2012 on the theme of marine fauna and oceanographers, containing a triangular stamp featuring Jacques Yves Cousteau and the Hector's dolphin (Cephalorhynchus hectori); certainly a strange choice of marine mammal, as this dolphin is found only in New Zealand waters, 2 oceans away from the ivorian waters. The sheet selvage shows an underwater scene filled with corals, reef fishes, a turtle and other tropical marine fauna.
