Democratic Republic of Congo supposedly released an issue about Jules Verne on 1st April 2012. The theme for his work - 20,000 Leagues Under the Sea - appears on 2 of the 4 stamps in the set, only one shows a man in a hardhat suit walking underwater. The 4 stamps are also found together in a souvenir sheet, and on individual small souvenir sheets.
