A commercial issue from the Togolese Republic celebrating the birth centenary of Jacques Yves Cousteau. The issue comprises 2 souvenir sheets, one with 4 stamps and one with a single stamp. The Alcyone, the expedition ship with the experimental turbo-sail, is featured in both sheets.
These are supposedly released on 15 July 2010. The 4 stamps in the sheetlet have Michel nos. 3524-3527, the single stamp in a souvenir sheet is Michel 3528, the SS itself is BL516; for Y&T, the 4 stamps are Y&T 2140-2143, the SS is Y&T 388.
